PvZ Heroes - Can a Player Have More than 4 cards?
The person I played only had the cards shown in the attached image. I thought there was a limit of 4 cards off the same type in a deck

there is only a limit of 4 cards. Did they use cosmic bean or some other form of conjuring? If not, that is a cheater.
I experienced the same today.
The guy put 9-10 cards, exactly the same bean till I die.
No other cards, just spam the same card till the end.
Suck.A player can only have more than 4 cards if one is conjured as stated by a user above this message. However, it will say when you view the card when it's being played/when the card is in play whether or not it was conjured, which can show authenticity/legitimacy of a card being played.
Despite that, the above instance is more likely a cheated scenario versus a legitimate one. There's an infamous cheat/hack where a player has a deck full of admiral navy beans which is extremely difficult to win against, and a similar trick on the zombie side with quickdraw con man and regifting zombie. Neither of these two "exploits/cheats" were ever patched out.
