PvZ Heroes Scammed me for my crafting Materials

I paid 35.99 for a colossal 60 pack got all of that then I sold the extra stuff for crafting material and it said 16k crafting materials. Then I sold it all and now it only says 560crafting credits and I keep reloading the app up and I still don’t have it
