The pack is aviable only for 24 hours on December 21st (it was announced in the game) and that's today and in time when I'm posting this topic. I've got yet only once notification screen about claiming the pack. After pressing a button (which was supposed to redirect me on the pack-opening screen), nothing happened.
I've checked already my collection and there were no new cards, new duplicated cards nor cards for recycle.
Also I've looked for a help on EA websites and followed steps what to do in certain situacion. I already checked Q&A page but nothing helped.
- TheSprinter852 years agoHero@Evzen_350 I am having this exact same issue. I went to claim this free pack moments ago and I am completely unable to find it. I intend to continue troubleshooting this later and will let you know if I find a solution. So far, I have tried swapping between Wi-Fi and Mobile Data and resetting the game.

I've already contacted technical support and they replied that there's currently a technical issue. Fortunately the problem isn't on my side and probbably neither on yours. Otherwise the problem should be soon fixed or else it's recommended to contact again the support in near future.

This is great to know. I have had Huge Giganticus packs show up in the store now so I'm guessing the only technical issue is currently the free packs. I'll wait to see if the packs reappear in the store in the near future.
