Survival Mode Not Working

Every time I try to load Survival on the mobile app on any device, the app shuts down/closes/crashes, and I'm not able to progress. I've completed both adventure modes, bought ad-free, and have a pretty vast Zen Garden, so I'd hate to delete the game. I've already tried to clear the cache, and restart my devices, but this is an in game issue.
