Unaddressed Hacker Reports

Hello EA_Barry​ ,

Following your recent guidance regarding the importance of using the in-game reporting tool to keep our community safe, I would like to bring a specific case to your attention.

I have submitted multiple reports through the official tool against a player named "AngelOnMars". Despite these reports, the player remains active, severely disrupting the experience for everyone in the lobby. This player is utilizing external software to achieve:

Hacked fire rates: Using Cactus/Pirate primary weapons as if they were automatic.

Perfect accuracy even against small, high-mobility targets like Nightcap, including tracking through walls and during invisibility.

Frame Perfect Shots: Landing shots the exact frame an ability ends, suggesting the use of a trigger bot.

I have followed the reporting protocols to the letter. However, the lack of visible action makes me wonder: Do these in-game reports actually make a difference in BfN, or is the system currently unmonitored?

I know much of the recent focus has been on GW2, but the BfN community is also facing these challenges and we would appreciate knowing if our reports are being processed.
