EA knows this and will not fix it. Your profile was hacked by their anti cheat ware code name picnic. The hacker has set your players profile to privet so you can not connect to public side of the server where you land in giddy park. You have no control over it . They refuse to fix what they sis to hundreds of people who paid them for the game and pay for gaming services with both them and Microsoft .
