PVZGW2 update problem

My son is trying to install the capture the taco update, on our Xbox One and it keeps freezing.  We turned it all off and reinstalled the entire PVZGW2, but it still freezes- now at 86.3%, 27.08 of 31.37 GB.  We have 100GB free in the machine, have restarted numerous times and reset the modem.  Any suggestions?  Thanks

    Thanks Ridgbax and Atlas.

    The 411MB update appeared on my system the night after I posted previously. I know for certain that it wasn't there beforehand as checking for updates was one of the troubleshooting steps I had already performed.

    There has been no change for me either after the XB1 update was installed.

    I think I found a solution every time mine stops I just wait a minute press resume all and it slowly gets more progress (gotta be real patient)

    Just buy Anthem, when it is released at end if Feb 2019. I imagine resources will be assigned to correct issues in that game.
