PvZgw2 upgrades not working

So I download PvZgw2 And right after I played the game I had bought some upgrades like a lot of upgrades before hand and when I tried to cleam them it just froze and stocking the sticker shop and I playing PS4 so what can you guys do to help me because I bought the upgrades and I can’t cleam them it just loads infinitely? Pls help
