PvZ:H cannot play as plants

hello

i cannot play as plants in plants vr.z zombies heros.

anytime i click the button to play any plants hero such as compzilla or solar flare it makes the noise that i clicked the button but does not start the battle.

i have installed and reinstalled the game on my phone and the bug persists.

i tried looking for a support hotline but this website sucks **bleep** so I cannot find it.

what do i do?
