"Quest Data Refreshing" - no new quests appearing

As the title says, went onto the board and there are no new quests. The timer at the bottom disappeared and now only says "Quest Data Refreshing". Also, for some reason, the countdown for new quest...

The server hiccuped on Thursday. One set of new quests were available at the normal 0500 central time and then a new set was available at approx 1300 central time.. ( yes I'm constantly playing this game).and now, as the original poster says, it stuck in the constantly refreshing mode

I just wanted to correct my mistake. It was Friday central time when the server hiccupped , not Thursday as stated. Checked the quest board before heading out to work today, and it was still stuck in the refresh mode. *sigh*

  Same here, no way to find an answer from EA...
