It depends on where they are in the pattern. For example if for your blue portion of the code you were missing the shovel at the 3rd spot down and the wheelbarrow was the 6th spot down, when you use the final code you would make sure the shovel was in that 3rd spot and the wheelbarrow was the 6th.
The positions would all match in the final composite code so for example with your set up (I'm just guessing where the symbols are since I can't see exactly where they are).
Blue-missing shovel ( 3 ) and wheelbarrow ( 6 )
Red-missing boot ( 1 ) and watering can ( 5 )
Yellow- missing flamingo ( 2 ) and pot ( 8 )
Green -missing fence ( 4 ) and mower ( 7 )
And for my example 1 is the top, 8 is the bottom; you would want it to read from top to bottom as : Boot, flamingo, shovel, fence, watering can, wheelbarrow, mower, pot.
The color doesn't matter at the rainbow code area, only the symbol and position. Hope this helps!
