Random crashes and flashing red boxes all over [PC]

I don't know what to do anymore! I love the game but, it will just keep on crashing every once in a while when it tries to load something or whatever. And there are these weird flashing red box things that make the game very ugly. I have a great PC. I just don't know if it is something related to the graphics card or something else I'm missing. (I don't know about the graphics card because just got the PC)

The HD 6850 was a high end GPU four years ago that still has plenty of power for this game.  It is a major Amps-User, though, if you don't have a high end power supply to match to it.

Your HD 6670 was in the "medium" class four years ago, but time and progress is leaving it behind, in the low performance area now.  It didn't need a particularly large power supply.

Your current comment does not relate to either of the two responses you received recently.  We were writing about HARDWARE and now you are going on about software instead, and suddenly adding a totally unrelated GPU source.  It sounds to me that you need to go through this entire message thread and figure out where you are in the troubleshooting process.

You may find you are unable to determine what you need to do to such an extent that self-help isn't practical.  The official customer support may be a better idea for you.

We will presume that you took your problem to Help Center, as suggested, and the Game Adviser there got this sorted out for you.

I'm really sorry. I thought that I had the right thing, until my uncle told me the graphics card that was in the box was NVIDIA, and that the Radeon was in some old pc. The Radeon is running now, but those red boxes keep appearing. It may be due to some issue with AMD graphics, but I can live with it. I just have to thank you guys for the help.

@MRayDud While the card is a solid one, it seems that the 6900-series cards had support discontinued late last year, so I suspect that this could be part of the issue. New drivers stopped coming back then, which I suspect is a factor with the red boxes appearing.
