Hello, I’ve encountered an issue in the game *Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare*: After a long break, I decided to jump back into the game. As it was loading, an achievement notification popped up in the bottom-right corner. When I reached the main menu, I saw that my rank was 6,969. Furthermore, all of my characters are at their maximum level, even though I’m essentially a beginner. I kindly ask you to reset to my multiplayer rank back to level 1 so i can play the game properly again. My EA ID: CARTOONMAN358
