Rank up bug with coin exploit issue

Same and I don't know how to fix and now my character is level 46

I'm not sure how to help you, but i can say that I've seen similar issues reported around the web in the last couple of days. The mystery portal was closed for some time yesterday morning, and there have been a lot of glitches reported.
Is there a way to fix it
