I wouldn't count on them carrying over to the next event...  You better ask one of the EA people if they know if they will.

    30 Prize Bulbs to celebrate the official launch of PvZ Battle for Neighborville! Don’t worry, this reward ignores the prize bulb max limit. If you have already completed the board your unspent prize bulbs carry over to the next Prize map.

    @Meadoz It's no special reward for founders but all players. So new players are able to catch up on the prize map.
