HI @7458762 Can you go through the following steps and check if this continues to happen?

• Run the EA App as admin, and ensure any security software is not interfering with EA App or PvZ BFN.
• Run the System File Checker tool then check for windows and graphic driver updates. 
• Make sure any other Anti-cheats from other games are not running when attempting to play.
