Re: Camera pans up when i load in.
Having this issue as well, also wondering if there is a potential fix as I tried everything mentioned here as well and nothing fixed it.

UPDATE: When I plugged in my Xbox 360 controller, it worked fine and I could use my keyboard and mouse without it panning up, but when I left the game and tried again without the controller, it still panned up.
When i plug in my controller to fix the problem i cant look up or down
