No, they are both marked as adult accounts.
EA_Illium@WenisButterCup When you tried to link an alternate account, was that an alternate Switch or EA account? Did you get the same message both times?I tried to sign in with two separate EA accounts, but the same message appeared both times.

Hi @WenisButterCup Thanks for this, we have 3 workarounds we can try to see if this continues:
A: Docking the Switch and displaying on your TV/Monitor should allow you to link accounts without issue.
B: For Switch Lite: If you press A on the screen to continue instead of clicking on the touchscreen it should continue through the linking process.
C: Once the page to link begins to load, give the page 1 to 2 full minutes before trying to interact with the page to see if the issue continues.
Doesn't work for my account either and it is an adult account
