That's great, except mine says the servers are still down for Xbox One nearly a day later.  Typical broken EA software.

Are you still unable to connect? The servers are currently up.

The Xbox One servers were taken down to apply the latest DLC, then again later to apply a fix, is it possible you've managed to catch both of the downtimes?

No, the same thing is happening to me and I got this for CHRISTMAS and it is APRIL. I cry because I wanna play the game so badly, but nothing works.

they put this game on sales on Xbox one and 360 and its not working for many users like since december! ea megaultracashgrabbers

i know right? This is insane and i demand that we be able to play the game.

they (ea) will do nothing for fix  this... site is useless to  i been searching for a solution since four months no success i deleted the game and never gonna buy any stupid ea server powered game

Can you please post for how long you have had issues, if you have Xbox Live Gold and what country you are playing from?

Also please try this

Press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.

PC. Windows 8.1. Everlasting 'Connecting to EA servers' message. Sometimes I am able to login, but rarely enough. This situation lasts from the moment I've bought this game (4 days). I have 2 ISPs. Streaming HD video and internet work without any problems while PvZ can not connect. Firewall settings allow outgoing connections.

Please post your issue in the PC forum, this one is for Xbox Users.  The PC experts might be able to help better

What's the error message? Where do you encounter the issue? What console is it on?
