Are you on Pc or console? What was the name of the update? There might still be another update to install.

- Hey, thanks for replying! As it turned out, they hadn't gone through the whole long introductory battle that gets them to the "backyard". I got them through it today and now they have access. We're good now, but sure seems like a quirky, drawn-out way to get to split screen, lol. Thanks again for your willingness to help!
