Your machine could be defective, and needing repairs / replacement, or you've assembled it totally incorrectly (desktop), or you were ripped off by the salesman, and there is no actual video graphics adapter board in existence inside your PC.
WootCandy is far more experienced with this particular game than almost anyone else you'll find at Answer HQ; I doubt he will answer PMs about game problems. I do not, because any potential solution is for all of the members, not just one. A DxDiag report would reveal some things you've left out, although isn't as specific about KIND of computer, by which I do not mean "Dell" or "HP" or "Toshiba", but rather one of desktop, laptop, netbook, notebook, or tablet.
P. S. When I saw Woot's mention of a DxDiag Report, and tried to look at it, all I got was an empty, blank page. I've seen Hastebin do that before. I've never seen Pastebin failing that way.
