Yes, just read step 6, if you don't have 64 bit windows you will not see the button.
I too suspect you are using an integrated Intel graphics processor which is not designed for gaming. It's meant to allow minimum graphical use on a computer like loading web pages or watching YouTube videos but does not have the processing power or memory to run 3D applications, especially DirectX 11 applications.yes you can most likely just ignore step 5 🙂
