Re: Citron discussion, an indirect nerf wise suggestion.

Good to see you result to sly little insults when someone disagrees. I'm no novice player so nice try. I just think it's hilarious that plants finally get a little Iove and now complaints from the community.

I'd rather they focus on variants/maps/modes , rather than nerfs/buff

The game has become unplayable for me at least on the zombie side due to citron buffs and zombie nerfs across the board.....

@ShavedThronel0 Damage being reduced by 2?? eeeh do you ever read what you write? Just revert the buffs, don't overnerf to a point he'll be weaker than before. Let's not transform Citron in Rose 2.0. And anyway.. I WAS TALKING about overheat upgrade being too much on all that relevant on it. All those classes are completely bad without it. Keep your discuss in argument. THANKS.

How is reverting the citron to pre-patch a indirect nerf? Also how is reducing the overheat upgrade a indirect nerf? Indirect nerf means not picking on the citron but making the zombies stronger.

@thackest2k this must be more like a bug to be solved, not something to taking into consideration for the balance.

But anyway yes, bugfix is needed.

If you nerf the overheat upgrade you don't directly nerf the character at its default, AND you dont nerf the plant potential, as the most of peoples will usually play not-mastered class they need to master, you just nerf his late game potential, which seems the only problem right now
And honestly the problem is also for the whole all-star class.

The truth is just that there are classes that simply are completely bad without upgrades, almost all those with two reload upgrades, digestion, and those with high rate of fire without damage upgrade.
Class with high rate of fire (so no burst damage bombs or anything like engineer and peashooter) are already too reliant on damage upgrade.
But if they have the overheat mechanic they just end up to being reliant on both those. This is the problem that needed to be fixed.
The class should be fairly playable even without upgrades, and Citron pre-patch wasn't without upgrades, but it was fairly after those (if not slightly op)
