I also had this issue and the first thing I did was check the mailbox. Is this a know issue that is happening or is it isolated?

Bought the deluxe, entered the codes.. no rewards....

Ok Im seeing a few posts about this.
1: If you are on xbox, its been up and down today on xbox live so please keep that in mind
2. Check the mail box and tab over the msgs to see if its in there
3. Check for your card packs in the sticker store and open them
4. Maybe its taking some extra time, you can always try rebooting the console completely, you'd be surprised how many times that fixes things or try a power cycle on Xbox One
press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache. - Anonymous10 years ago
After entering the code go to the Xbox menu, then manage instead of launching the game, and you should see your bonus ready to install there. After the install, launch the game, go to the sticker shop, and press Y. All of your bonus packs should be there.
