I don't have scaling on my Nvidia Control Panel. I would assume thats a monitor thing.

Hmm, that's odd, you should.
Right click on Desktop - Nvidia Control Panel - Adjust desktop size and position - No scaling - perform scaling on : GPU
I play on PC as well with an Nvidia Card, and see this Option.
