Servers are not down so please make sure you are on a gold account as the game requires gold

I am having the same problem. It keeps kicking me out of multiplayer and local co-op games. All other games work fine.

Try a hard reboot or a power cycle (Xbox One)

Power cycle your console. Here’s how:
On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.
After the console has shut down, unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds.
Plug the console back in and turn it on using the Xbox button. Power cycling will reset the network card and clear the cache.

Other option is to check your router settings.  They might be set too strict

It says "unable to connect to the EA servers" - we were just tossed out on PC CO-OP Dead Space 3. So I doubt that it is a router/reboot/etc. problem - in other words, I would not be able to post here if that was the issue :P
