Re: "Failed to Load Save Data" PvZ:GW

Hi

I have the same issues on PVZ Garden Warfare and PVZ garden Warfare 2 on Xbox One..this started today it was working perfect. This morning I had to create an origin account for my PC I associated this to my xbox 360 and xbox one account and it's stopped working. Unravel and Battlefront still work but PVZ simply states failed to load save data!! Please help! EA telephone support could NOT provide any support or suggestions to get this working I have tried hard resetting my xbox one and reinstalling the games.

Ok I have a fix for this from EA online support this works!

Step 1 TURN ON XBOX ONE

Step 2 SIGN IN YOUR XBOX PROFILE

Step 3 GOTO SETTINGS

Step 4 GOTO ALL SETTINGS

Step 5 GOTO NETWORK

Step 6 GOTO ADVANCED SETTING

Step 7 GOTO ALTERNATIVE MAC ADDRESS

Step 8 SELECT CLEAR

THE XBOX PROMPTS YOU TO RESTART AT THIS POINT SIMPLY SHUTDOWN THE XBOX USING THE CONTROLLER

Step 9 UNPLUG THE XBOX POWER PACK (Once the Xbox has turn off, leave the xbox turned off for at least 2 minutes)

Step 10 PLUG THE XBOX BACK IN THE PSU LIGHT WILL GO FROM ORANGE TO WHITE

Step 11 WHEN THE LIGHT GOES WHITE TURN ON THE XBOX

Step 12 TRY PVZ ALL SHOULD NOW ALL SHOULD BE WORKING
