Re: Friendly warning STAY OUT OF G&G until it's fixed!

Actually at this time it should be stable to play in its current condition.  If you are actually getting problems the way it is now, someone should know

This game was the freaking best game I have played in forever when I first downloaded it, so refreshing, so much fun but all of a sudden its turned into the biggest pile of.. How do you take something so good and in one single patch destroy it all? These people have figured out how to do it. I dont know whos in charge of this game but y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. You had something amazing on your hands..

Whao... bugs are a part of the game bro! Take it easy. They are working on fixing it now, you are acting like it's the end of the world lol. This is to be expected for online gaming and it's nothing out of the ordinary. It sucks yes, but that's the price of being a new online game. I suggest you get used to this sort of thing if you plan on playing online.

Its shouldn't have been released. If 99.9% of the ppl that play are getting crashes then that means they didn't even test the patch before unleashing raining hot fury on the game. Maybe the testers were the ones that got laid off and now they get what they deserve. Customers are always right, you need to remember this. PVZ is a product sold to make money so to tell the consumer to chill out is just unnacceptable. If you havea car and it has problems you don't bring it to a mechanic 5-6 times hoping he fixed the problem. You paid him to fix it and he fixes it. You don't say "well I know you have a lot of cars to work on and I apreciate you having and looking at my car and not fixing it"...no...just...no

I dont think 99% of people are having crashes at this time, and the team has expressed it is working on the issues.  Again, the team which produces Garden Warfare is not the same team which suffered layoffs.

It sucks that some problems are happening, and obviously everyone wants it fixed

If you are experiencing a crash or issue currently, please feel free to make a new post so someone can track it down

This isn't your average consumer product first of all. It's a video game, an online video game and bugs are to be expected by the consumer... that is... unless the consumer has very little knowledge of the way online gaming works. Comparing digital entertainment to a car is ridiculous! Apples and  Oranges my friend, apples and oranges!

I'm bumping this and i would also like to request a sticky. People need to see this and i keep seeing threads popping up about it everyday.

No sticky needed unless a new problem is occuring.  The original post was due to the crashes in GnG for both platforms.  This should be resolved in its current state.

Are you still having crashes in GnG?

I don't play in G&G because people are still making threads across several forums about the problems they are having. This needs to be stickied so people have a proper warning of what is going on, I keep seeing threads popping up about it, so either A. People are not reading this or other similar posts, or B. it's being buried under other posts hence the need for a sticky.

  • From what I've seen a person will encounter the problem then come here and post; so reading your sticky wont help them. If people boycott GnG all together, how will EA know that people are having problem

Boycott?... it's a warning to people so they don't lose coins, or cards and essentially time. It's not like everyone is going to just stop trying to play it to see if it has been fixed!... It's not a boyboycott. What is peoples issue with this being stickied so people are made aware of it!? Just because you know about it doesn't mean someone else doesn't, if this can help to stop people from getting frustrated then what is the problem?

  • While its good that you're trying to help keep the forums clean, what I'm saying is: Someone would have already encountered the issue and came here already frustrated, then read your post after they already lost what they did.

On the other hand they may have even encountered a completely unrelated issue from what you've described and assume its similar simply because it also occurred in Gardens and Graveyards. When really its not, and since they haven't made a post or let anyone know about it, it wont get fixed as no one knows of that new issue.

Im basically saying theres nothing to be aware OF.  GnG isnt crashing all the time anymore at all, thats why the Devs said they had restricted some maps.

If the issue is still happening, make a new post, but as far as I can see both 360 and xbox one are working as normal for GnG

  • I'm still reading about coin and card loss in G&G, i played for about an hour today and had no issues but people still need to be aware that some of us are still having issues. That's all.

The problem has been fixed on at least one map, Wall-nut hills. Until the rest of the bugs on other maps can be worked out and stability can be restored, we will just have to deal with one map for G&G. This is resolved.
