clearly you did not. I wish I had a screenshot of the pack contents to show you, but it is in bold writing at the top of the page that you get 3 copies of that card. And since it is the only uncommon card available in the pack, here is how it works
You get 3 uncommons and one rare. Guaranteed arrangment of the first 4 cards
(that's 3 Bucketheads and 1 Random Rare)
The fifth card has 10% chance to be a legendary & 90% chance to be uncommon (Buckethead again)
Then sixth card has 30 % chance to be Super Rare/Event (same rarity) & 70% chance to be uncommon (Buckethead again)

Here is a screen shot of the second pack you posted about. Clearly says at the top that you get 3 copies minimum of the only uncommon card in the pack. The pack also only guarantee's you ONE of the 6 cards to not be uncommon. I've already shown you the math to prove why the other two will often be the same card. It has been this way since the start of the game and ea help obviously doesn't have enough of a clue to make statements like "this is a problem" when it has always worked this way.
