    Plants are not that bad, i think the imp health boost is not what maked him Op, but the Rose nerf.
    Superbrainz and Imp werent a problem when Rose was good because she countered both of them.
    The game seems much more balanced, Imp are not that Op, besides the Cone one they are all hard to use (kinda)
    I think the only one who is too much strong is the Electro Brainz. I even don know how procs is thunder, seems just to silly i cant even realize.
    Did he procs thunder for each tick on the primary target?? Seems too much unfair, you even dont have time to realize what is hitting you overall if you are very squishy.
    Besides him all others are manageable.

    1. popcap/EA
    - every balancing have a problem.
    - popcap's balancing ability is very poor (compare to Call of Duty series)
    - I will never buy PnZ GW3! (GW1 is bad. GW2 beta is very good. GW2 is not good)
    - every character need more TTK or DPS.(like a GW2 beta)
     
    2. Plants team is weak.(specially turk takeover + herbal assault offense)
    - cactus's drone is weaker than pirate's parrot. (parrot is small, agile, more health, and powerful airstrike)
    - sunflower need more fire rate and zoom.
    - pirate has shotgun+long range gun, but cactus only has long range gun.
    - pirate >(stronger than) cactus
    - scientist (healer + death machine) > sunflower (healer + supporter)
    - super brains (short + long range attack) > chomper(only short range attack)
     
    3. zen cactus
    - zen cactus hard to kill imp.
    - cactus's drone is weaker than pirate's parrot.
    - pirate sharbite has shotgun+sniper gun, but zen cactus only has sniper gun.
     
    4. imp (updated previous post)
    - balance is not good.
    - imp mech is dominate the game!
    - zen cactus hard to kill imp. (zen cactus need more damage or splash damage and drone's damage.)
    - imp's health should be 60!

    Imp is a little strong. Electobrains is too strong.

    Much better balance after the rose debacle.

  • People still complaining that imp is too strong. Not really. I think people became too reliant on rose. Now that popcap has taken away their crutch everything seems much harder. Well duh. That's what happens when you choose a no skill OP character with homing bullets and no damage fall off. Imp has 85 health max (and that's after you unlock the upgrade). You have to choose between the extra 10 health or health regen. Or maybe you can choose both without the extra damage. Where there are pros, there are also cons. Mech has a large Cooldown, and as soon as people see a mech drop it's like the entire team focus fires the Mech. So don't pretend like the Mech is a problem. They problem is your play style, and you need to adjust.

    As soon as people see a mech they focus fire the mech? Dude, what are you smoking?

    When people see a mech they have a few seconds to say their prayers before they die, there is no plants team left to focus fire because they're all dead. Until another mech shows up, then there's 5 mechs and 2-3 heroes against a team of 4 plants because team changers and quitters.

    Rose has nothing to do with this, go back to school little kid.

    3) yes they do focus fire the Mech. I don't know what kind of scrubs you play with, but get 3 corn players focusing your mech and it's over before it started. 350 health is nothing when you're being focused. The only people crying nerfs are the ones that were taking advantage of the Rose situation until she got obliterated. So, I guess you can thank yourself for that one.

    But don't let me stop you please. Go on, throw some more weak insults. #Salt.

    Let's give Chompers 400 health then, and argue the fact that, "Oh it's fine, because everyone on the team focus fires me."

    OR...agree that plants should have a Mech equivalent.

    For your information, I didn't play multiplayer pre patch solely because Rose was broken. I've even stopped playing it now because the scales have tipped in the complete opposite direction, and for some rather bizarre reason all you zombie lovers seem to think things are balanced now when things are so imbalanced it's hard for anyone to even begin to balance it, but I have made an attempt...

    For those who have sense and are actually playing the same game as me, please take a look at my thread.
