Actually yeah I've played that guy many times on weekly events and we hate each other (taunt after every kill)...he is freakshow good with nightcap char but I've laid a beating down many times the problem is he only ever plays with another char who mostly devotes the whole game healing him, protecting him with sniper char, or just following. I've suspected him of cheating too since his aim is insane but I don't think he is...you will see him and his friend always join together and leave together.  Also they typically only play when their team is stacked so it makes him look even better.
