- @iluminatethesky So the key word here is "may be"
All right. I ran a Benchmark between your CPU and the Minimum Required CPU for the Game: https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i3-3220-vs-AMD-Phenom-II-X6-1045T/m272vsm1873
You tried all of my steps that you've mentioned in the Original Post correct?

- @iluminatethesky I tried every single one, and even after the full format the game won't start, I don't think I should do all the possible solution on a new formatted PC, even if I'm under the minimum requirements by a minimum margen, the game won't start even at all? Not even lag a little? That's why I'm a little sceptical, I think is something else.
Have you also tried disabling the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher, by going to Origin, Application Settings, More, and Origin In-Game?
Also, go to the Game Cover in your Library, Click on the Cogwheel, go to Game Properties, and disable the Overlay there as well.
I still believe that your CPU is causing issues with the game, if any of my other steps were not working for you.
