It turns out my little guy had accidently changed our region from US to Australia!

See I've been telling people there is nobody on the Australian servers. In all serious though you're 15 hours out so you day is our night etc.

Now we are trying to unlock the remaining characters(we have the Unicorn Chomper!). I believe we have to get all characters to specialist to achieve this.
