Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 is only available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. This is the forum for that, but if you are just talking about the Original Garden Warfare game, there is a forum for that as well.
As for your problem, here is a list of things you can do to fix the issue. Sign out of your account, and log into it again. You can also restart your internet. Also, make sure you have Xbox Live Gold, or PlayStation Plus, as you need this to play online. Try inviting a friend to your backyard and see if it works. Try joining a friend and attempt to enter the multiplayer portal. I am assuming you have already tried restarting your Console. Get back to me if none of these options work.
