What @jiponwheels says is correct - if you're playing on PC through Origin then you just need Origin and the game installed on both computers. As long as you use the same account you can log into multiple different devices.

You can't be logged in at the same time on the different devices though. If you log in on your laptop then want to play on PC it will log you out of the laptop.
