They will probably give you 100 gems, as a "show of good faith".
Tell them you want a crapload of sparks then too...and your old game back.
What good is 100 gems to make up a year of gameplay and progress? It's like a slap in the face

    Sorry, your having this issue. I can't offer help, as I've no suggestions in fixing it. I will say, the help offered by officials is not good, they will more than likely pass the buck back and say it's your device, etc.. They do very little to help, just answer some emails in my case, and at the very most offer you a few gems. I'd not blame you if you decided to find a different game, one with better help, better attitude, and better tech.

    @saintlydevilis appreciate your answer, even though currently im trying to fight for it. Only because this game has no replacement for me. Otherwise i would just leave. Helpwise, we can only see what they will do.

    OP - I would suggest uninstalling the app again, and re-install. then BEFORE you reach anything to do with the tutorial, it will offer you a chance to connect your facebook orEA account, which will retrieve your saved data.
