Hi all,

If you haven't received the pack for the 7th Daily Challenge win or from a hero quest completion fear not, the pack is still being received but the animation isn't being played.

Depending on your current collection you may receive the new cards but they won't be flagged as new, or you will have new cards ready to be recycled.

From what we can see in all cases the cards are received but it may not be fully clear which ones you received. The PvZ Heroes team is looking into this to make sure the animation does play going forward for the pack opening.

    I never see the new card popup on my collection whenever I get packs.

    I went through the whole collection and even though it said I could recycle cards, I had no more than 4 of a single card in my collection.

    I didn't get my pack several days ago when I finished Rose's quest. The pack animation showed but it didn't show it opening. When I checked my deck, I had 5 recycle cards for 75 (I think) points. It didn't show any new cards at all, especially no new rare/super-rare/legendary.

    Today I finished the 7 day challenge for the first time. Again the pack animation showed but didn't show it opening. This time I had NO recycle cards and nothing new.

    I'm afraid to open a 10 pack now in case I get nothing for it.

    After looking into it farther I have found out that I have infact received 6 cards from the 7 day pack, and it was legendary. I got a cell phone zombie, a snorkel, 5th sour grapes, a pineclone, a doubled mint, and possibly (not certain) a conga or a foot soldier.

    every single one of you got the pack, you just don't get a "new" tag on any cards.
