After following all the advice from the PS agent, I'm now sitting on the moon base z download tutorial waiting forever for the game to finish re-downloading. I swear, if I lose any other content that I already paid for, I'm going to lose it.
I'm so angry now that I went against my principles and better judgement and tried to buy this upgrade.
- Anonymous8 years agoYa trust me I did everything but nothing works it's best to wait it out and see if this gets fixed. The more people speak out on this the better.
Glad I didn't buy this stuff....and stay out of trouble.
After waiting almost three hours for the game to finish downloading again, I have fortunately not lost any previous paid upgrades, and can confirm that it is a waste of time following PS's advice on this issue, except that I suppose should one seek a refund they must show that they tried these fixes. I will likely choose to just eat the $10 rather than jump through whatever ridiculous hoops paypal will expect me to before they issue a refund.
I'm really upset about this, it's been I think four days since I asked for input on this topic from the community management. Not that I blame them, they of course are just waiting for their bosses to tell them what to say, and said bosses are no doubt currently a bit preoccupied with other more pressing corporate issues...
Can't they at least just remove it from the damned mailbox so no one else is put through this?

- Anonymous8 years agoXbox One user here and I also didn't receive anything after purchasing the Frosty Deluxe Edition upgrade. I have tried to completely uninstall and reinstall the game with the add on but to no avail. I paid 12 Canadian dollars for this upgrade so it's not exactly a pittance. I actually stopped playing this game for a while but was suckered back in by the sale price for the upgrade. Now I wish I had used the 12 dollars and towards the Resident Evil DLC.
- Anonymous8 years agoI have three accounts for my kids, only one account is not allowing for add on of content. I have bought the zombies pack and the frosty pack neither are able to get the content I paid for. The other two accounts have. Have reset the system and waited. Out $20, guess I will ask for refund and be unable to download any content to this one profile. Never had anything like this happen.
