Missing Heroes Rewards`

I'm kinda at the end of the road on this and dunno what else to do. I've linked my account about a million times now and my Xbox account is linked to my EA account which both share the same email. Same with Heroes and I've still yet to recieve it. I just wanna get these cosmetics
