Re: Level glitch

I'm told from the team that the data should have been restored.

@EquinoxPSN Can you explain in detail what your remaining issue is?  I'm told from the data, all of your characters except for Wizard and Wildflower were already master.  Is the issue that after the data was restored, those two characters are now master and you cannot get the rewards you would have obtained for hitting those milestones?

Before everything went wrong I was working on Super Brainz and Acorn to get them to master rank. They were both on Elite or Super Elite rank so I was close to getting both to Master rank. They were to be the 19th and 20th promotions to Master rank for the final trophy in the game (promote 20 characters to Master rank).

After the restore they were put to Master rank (where they weren't previously) therefore I could no longer promote them for this final trophy as they are already there.

Therefore I have now unlocked Wizard and Wild Flower characters to try and get them both to Master rank. I'm just hoping with all the wiping and restoring of data, the game remembers I've already promoted 18 characters and these two extra characters count as 19 and 20 for the last trophy.

Please don't make any further adjustments or restores to my account now as I've made progress in levelling up these final two characters. Another week or so I should have both at Master rank and I'll keep my fingers crossed this last trophy unlocks.

@EquinoxPSN Out of curiosity, do your Super Brainz and Acorn characters have all of the upgrades unlocked now?  Did you also rank up / level those characters in between the time the issue occurred and the fix was applied?

I'm not sure if all the upgrades are unlocked on Super Brainz and Acorn tbh. I've not really used them since the issue/restore.

I did play those characters a little bit after the issue first struck. Whilst every other character I'd got to Master rank was put back to recruit, these two retained some of their levelling up, each being reduced in rank by one level. I therefore thought I'd just carry on getting them both up to Master rank.

As mentioned before, when the restore happened they were both suddenly at Master rank without me having promoted them to that rank. This is preferable to before the restore but not much good regards to the last trophy as I wasn't able to promote them to that rank myself.

I've since been chipping away at Wizard and Wild Flower and should hopefully be able to promote them both to Master rank soon and fingers crossed the game registers them as the 19th and 20th characters to be promoted to Master rank for this final trophy.

@EquinoxPSN Please check the upgrades if you can.  If they are missing they are unobtainable without going through the promotion process, and this becomes a larger issue if this occurred for more players.
