- @szsirius Let me know if you run into more issues. I find the ads can be sporadic. Sometimes they work, sometimes not.
@TheSprinter85 i'm having the same problem like @szsirius . no ads button at all .
tried reinstalling the apps didn't work. disabling and enabling player marketing setting on the app also didn't work.
you have any suggestion?

- @akiraken92 Good question. I have a question for you: what type of mobile device do you play on? iOS or Android? Also, did you download the app from the App Store or Google Play? One of my brothers downloaded their game with Google Play and never was able to watch ads, which I thought was very odd.
@TheSprinter85 well your brothers is on android , and @szsirius and me are on ios . so its regular ios app store.
i also run latest ios .
do area matters? is it because i live in sea?
- @akiraken92 I’m not sure about the area or region. You do definitely need a decent internet connection. I find that very interesting because I also play on iOS and use the App Store. When you created an account, what age did you set (if you remember)?
@TheSprinter85 when i installin for the first time , i'm pretty sure i use my real age (26) .
and when i reinstalled it today i'd still use my real age .
but the situations is really the same like @szsirius .
it used to have a button to watch an ads .
and then after i update to the latest ios ,its just gone , never really came again .
so i think its either because of ios update or area ads ,

and he's running android . not ios.

Yes, I did post the right link, but I failed to realise that it was about an Android issue. I did some research into this and you could try these options, if none of these work, I could try and bring this issue into a Community Managers attention, if you would like! 🙂
Here are my ideas:
- Contact EA Help and describe your issue with as much detail as you can. You can follow this link to do so: https://help.ea.com/au/plants-vs-zombies/plants-vs-zombies-heroes/.
- You can try and “reset your advertising identifier” on your device. Use this link to find out how you can do so on iOS: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT205223.
- Try troubleshooting your mobile device, EA made an article on troubleshooting mobile iOS devices, and I have attached the link here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/mobile/troubleshooting-steps-for-ios-apps/. It more talks about general troubleshooting, but it can help to get ads to appear, or you can narrow down what is not the issue.
- If you normally use Wi-Fi, try using Mobile Data and switching off Wi-Fi temporarily. If you normally use Mobile Data, try using Wi-Fi and switching off Mobile Data temporarily.
- Play the game for a while! After a few games, make sure to check that the ad button does not appear. I normally do not get my ad button appear straight away, and sometimes I play a game before it appears. It may be worth playing for a decent period of time, then checking.
Apparently, according to the PvZ Wiki (picture attached in this post), sometimes ads do not ever appear (it is a glitch) but it seems unlikely in your case as you used to have ads appear.
