Re: Not being able to find multiplayer matches

I have this issue from time to time on both GW games and here in BfN. It'll take awhile to find a match and then put me in an empty or mostly empty one. Usually I can leave, come back, and then find a decent match but sometimes I have to reboot  the game for that to work. I'm not sure what causes this as normally I can find matches with little difficulty (depends on game and mode though, for PC on NA servers in GW2, it's pretty much TT or the town hall portal and not much else). 

Is your ping to any region really high? That may cause some problems finding a match. It may be time of day too, it can be harder to get matches for the region if its super late or early. Maybe someone from EA could be of more help?

    i have tried many different times of day while searching for a game, my ping is fine in Australia but i still could not find a game, i assumed maybe there is not many players in Australia so i tried other regions but still not luck.     @Mitan4E303404 not found on that link.

    Australia ps4 lobbies are most active between 3pm - 10pm and weekends but slowly dwindling, hopefully recover a bit since new update.

    Attached a screen shot of a fix for a similar problem my son was having on apex legends, both games on EA servers so might help you, might not, worth a shot let us know.

    I play on pc, i have recently found a solution to the problem, it seems that if i search in Asian servers i can find games fairly easily, just not any other servers, but i guess Asian will do for now because the lag does not really bother me and the game is still enjoyable. Thank you so much for the help anyway.

    Simple solution! Change to another server! Or join a community and then join someone's party in there and have some fun.
