Sorry to hear about this issue.

Highlight Battle for Neighborville on your PS4 Home Screen, go down to Add-Ons, and make sure that the Seasons Eatingz and Deluxe Edition are installed.

You can also try restoring the Licenses in your PS4 Settings:

Select Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses, then fully turn off your console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.

    I'm having the same issue, I bought the season's eatingz dlc and it's not showing up in game when I go to Rux.  I'm playing on PC Origin.

    Can you click on the Battle for Neighborville tile in Origin, go to the Extra Content tab, and make sure the upgrade is installed?

    Can you try right clicking the game tile, and Repair the game files and see if that works for you?

    Have you also tried doing a fresh uninstall/reinstall of the game?

    If these steps don't work, I would recommend getting in contact with Support to see if there's something wrong with the Content/Account.

    I am having this problem as well. I bought the Seasons Eatingz upgrade and it said that it gave it to me when it never showed up or even gave me the products that I bought. I play on PS4 and it won't let me get the thing that I bought. PLZ help me!!

    Check your Add-Ons for Battle for Neighborville and make sure the Seasons Eatingz content is installed.

    Also, try restoring the game licenses:

    Hey I’m having the same problem but it says I have it downloaded and I restored the license restarted the console still nothing I want my money back!

    Hello, I bought the deluxe edition upgrade and downloaded it on xbox. I went back into the game and restarted my xbox several times. Do you potentially have a solution for this?
