Sorry to hear about that, I've merged your posts together as this issue was recently sent over to dedicated experts who confirmed the issue has been resolved. If you still encounter these issues can you please to power cycle your console before checking your hero stats again?

Sorry for the incredibly late response, I haven't checked this page in a long time. Unfortunately, my characters still are level 46 and they have no rank plate, despite the multiple hard resets I have done to my Xbox. I really don't know what to do at this point. ☹️

@EA_Roger Could you help him out? 

I'm not sure if Roger is back from vacation yet, so I'm going to tag @EA_Darko as well.

I figure I may as well try to get my own game fixed as well - my commando corn has the exact issue described here, level 46, master rank, k visible pot, etc, etc. Also my Necrose does not have damage upgrade unlocked since the latest buff, even having it equipped with no effect!

I use the PC versions and the account is the same as the one I am currently posting with.
