Try closing all the software , AV, overwolf, msi afterburner, etc...  and try run the game.

pretty much closed it all, even skype, all thats left is the windows software, realtek, Nvidia and my wacom.

yet the error keeps on going, Guess I wasted my money here, my computer just doesn't like this game.

Can you show us the log of the crashes?

Start -> type "Reliability" -> View Reliability History -> Find Crash -> Right Click -> View Technical Details

Thx to my memory I have SOLVED it.

incase of this error you need to add the files -
msvcr80.dll
msvcr100.dll

that is all.

Success:

Added msvcr80.dll and msvcr100.dll to c:\windows\system32\, then updated NVIDIA driver and restart. WORKS LIKE A CHARM!
