Re: Purple or Green pixelated fog on R9 380 cards.

I can confirm we saw this during a Zombie Co-Op run last night. If support needs it I can provide some video showing it happening.

Sources at AMD have confirmed they can replicate but it appears to be in game, not driver. A few NVidia friends saw the same issue so this seems to be confirmed. Add to this the fact that the haze color is matching the side your playing, Green for plants and purple for zombies. Hope they get a patch for this soon, is only real issue I have had with the game and kills me because my family and I love to play Co-Op.

@EA_Andy is there any chance we can get at least an acknowledgement from EA that this issue is being worked on?

I would like to know too. I am getting the same problem (AMD R9 280X Nitro). Can't really play the game as I can't see anything past a few steps in front of me.

Maybe check to see how your system runs up against minimum requirements? Also if you're on a laptop, make sure it's not defaulting to the integrated cpu graphics

    MINIMUM
    OS: Windows 7 64-bit/ Windows 8.1 64-bit/ Windows 10 64-bit
    CPU: 3.20 GHz Intel i5 650/ 2.5 GHz AMD Phenom X4 9850
RAM: At least 4GB for Windows 7/ Windows 8.1/ Windows 10
    Hard Drive: 20 GB
Video: NVIDIA GeForce GT 640/ AMD Radeon HD 5750
    DirectX: 11
Input: Keyboard and Mouse, Analogue Controller
Online Connection Requirements: 192 KBPS or faster internet connection

Already tried the low graphics options thing, doesn't help. My computer specs are actually in the "recommended" range, with the graphics card being actually what they recommend (R9 Radeon 380x Nitro). It's a bit of a paradox that my card is actually the one they mention (plus the X Nitro part) and there seem to be issues with the game.

The game runs smoothly and it has no issue in the backyard mode, it's just the "co-op mode" that has that problem.

Already repaired it, already checked that I had the newest drivers.

The other thing I was considering was trying to run the game with Direct X 9 or 10, not sure how to do that though, and I suspect the game doesn't support it.

Well just to humor you, the systems specs I KNOW with this issues.

    i7 4790K, 16 gig, Fury

    i5 4570. 8 gig, 280X

    i5 6500, 8 gig, 390

    i7 6700, 16 gig, GTX 970

    i7 4930, 16 gig, GTX 970

All are seeing and can easily duplicate the same issue
