Is your time zone correctly synchronized to your switch's time zone? I originally had an issue like this where I couldn't connect to online in switch BfN even with an account with an online membership, but my time on my switch was very off from where I lived, so I correctly synchronized my time on my switch to my time zone, and it let me connect to online.
