Answers HQ is a community help site and we can't help with issues with accounts/payments/etc.

I'm not sure exactly what options they can offer you but they'd be the only ones who can help with this.

    But I can't do Live Chat, the only option I can perform at the moment.

    If you describe what happens when you reach the contact options page, perhaps someone may have a suggestion: 

    There are add-ons for browsers that most eBay websites do not get along with, although the Apple Safari browser seems to work for most everyone, OSX or Windows OSes.
