Yours sounds like an issue of Intel HD Graphics with old outdated drivers maybe. But I'm guessing because no DXDiag.
If it has a dGPU then maybe reset 3D Settings in nVidia CP // Catalyst.

HD3xxx AMD series is no longer supported for drivers but there are newer ones available.
