I've sent the details onto the PvZ Heroes team. We're looking into it but I don't have a time frame at the moment as to when this will be resolved.

    Pues es genial, el problema existente con los héroes perdidos ha sido corregido con la nueva actualización: al hacer una misión cualquiera se me activó la llamada a todos los héroes planta y al completar otra la llamada a todos los héroes zombie. Muchas gracias por corregir ese error tan molesto e injusto, saludos PopCap EA!

    This thread is kind of old but my problem is almost the exact thing. Under solar flare and chompzilla it says to get by completing quests and I had the problem in October 2016 and it's June 2017. The update didn't fix the problem.
